I offer a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your goals, needs, and any questions you may have. This session allows me to better understand your unique situation and determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

Each session can include a mix of the following modalities depending on your needs:

  • Bowen Therapy – A gentle, hands-on technique that promotes physical and emotional healing through specific moves on the body.

Bowen therapy is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork technique that uses precise, gentle moves over fascia, muscles, tendons and soft tissue to trigger the body’s natural healing response.
Developed by Tom Bowen in Australia, this therapy works on the fascia(the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, organs, and bones) to release tension, promote relaxation and restore balance within the body.

Bowen therapy can assist in addressing a wide range of physical and emotional conditions including:-

-Musculoskeletal issues including, 
Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, shoulder problems, hip pain and joint issues.

-Alignment problems including, 
Poor posture & imbalance caused by physical activity or lifestyle.

-Digestive disorders, including IBS ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
-Chronic Pain Conditions including, fibromyalgia, TMJ, & repetitive strain injuries.

What to expect during a typical treatment

A typical treatment session may last between 30 to 60 minutes. You will normally remain fully clothed, wearing loose fitting clothing.
The therapist uses their fingers and thumbs to make small specific moves over areas of the body focusing on fascia, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Sometimes a client may have mild soreness after a session, but this is typically short lived and part of the body’s healing response.

Intuitive Energy Healing is a holistic therapy that uses the healer’s heightened awareness and intuition to sense and balance the energy flow within the body. It draws on the concept that our body has an energetic field (or aura) that influences our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By tapping into this energy field, the practitioner can identify blockages or imbalances and use a variety of techniques to clear, realign, and restore harmony to the system.

When you come in for an Intuitive Energy Healing session, here’s what you can expect:

 

Consultation: The session begins with a brief conversation where you’ll share any specific concerns, physical or emotional imbalances, and your intentions for the session.
 

Relaxation: You will be asked to lie down in a comfortable position on a massage table, fully clothed (unless otherwise specified). You’ll be encouraged to relax deeply, focus on your breathing, and release any tension.
 

Energy Assessment: I will use my intuition to sense your energy field. I may gently place my hands on or above your body, or use light touch, to assess where there are imbalances or blockages in your energy.
 

Energy Healing: I will then use a variety of techniques to clear any blockages or stagnant energy. This might involve visualization, breathing techniques, light touch, or sound therapy to restore balance and harmony to your energy field.
 

Relaxation & Integration: During the healing process, you may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation. Some clients experience vivid imagery, sensations, or even emotional releases. Each session is unique and tailored to your needs.
 

Closing & Aftercare: After the healing portion of the session, there will be time for discussion about any insights gained, and guidance on how to integrate the experience into your daily life. You may also receive advice on self-care practices to support your continued healing journey.

Scar Tissue Release is a therapeutic technique developed by Alistair McLoughlin to address the physical and emotional impacts of scar tissue. This approach is designed to break down and release adhesions in scar tissue, improving movement, flexibility, and reducing discomfort. The technique involves gentle, hands-on manipulation that helps soften and realign scar tissue to restore normal tissue function.

Improved Mobility: Scar tissue can limit movement, especially in areas like joints, muscles, and tendons. The technique helps restore flexibility and range of motion.
